No. Witloop works anonymously. Your progress is saved to your device and backed up automatically.
Open Settings and tap "Restore purchases" (or "Restore purchase" on the Go Pro screen), signed in to the same Apple Account or Google Play account you bought with.
Purchases are billed and refunded by the App Store or Google Play, not by us. On iPhone, request a refund in Witloop (Settings → Request a refund) or at reportaproblem.apple.com; on Android, use your Google Play order history. Once the store approves a refund, the purchase stops being active in Witloop the next time the app syncs with the store, normally when you open it.
Hints Pass renews automatically until you cancel. Cancel anytime in Settings → Manage subscription, or in your App Store / Google Play subscription settings; it stays active until the end of the period you've paid for.
